Booking & payment

​

Booking is online through Acuity. Payment is taken at the time of booking.

24-hour cancellation​

​

Less than 24 hours' notice (or a no-show) is charged at full price, or uses a pack credit.

Recurring weekly slots​

​

By booking a regular slot, you agree to hold it in the diary and attend where possible.

Pack expiry​

​

Packs are non-refundable. Sessions are valid for the standard term from purchase.

Arriving​

​

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment. Sessions end on time.
