My Story
Movement has always been my anchor. Pilates found me in my twenties — a reset button during long, relentless days in the film industry. It made me feel strong, grounded, and genuinely alive.Then came my second child, and with it, persistent lower back pain that no quick fix could touch. I realised I needed to understand the why behind movement — not just how to do it, but how the body actually works.That curiosity led me to retrain.

I studied Classical Pilates with Olivia Lerner, women's health with Susannah White, and discovered the transformative world of Myofascial Release through the Roll Model® Method with Jill Miller. Together, these disciplines showed me how breath, mobility, and stability can change pain, posture, and confidence from the inside out.Today, I work with people across Tunbridge Wells, Kent, and East Sussex — helping them reconnect with their bodies, manage pain, and build lasting strength. Using Classical Pilates, Hypopressives, and fascia release, I support clients navigating injury recovery, chronic back pain, and pelvic health.Movement changed my life. I'm here to help it change yours.
Qualifications
Level 3 Mat Pilates — LPA
Levels 1–2 Comprehensive Classical Pilates — Olivia Lerner Pilates (Level 3 of 4 in progress)
Hypopressives Level 1 — International Hypopressives Council UK (Level 2 in training)
Certified Roll Model® Practitioner — Jill Miller / Tune Up Fitness
Pre & Postnatal Reformer Pilates — APPI
