Solid wood, metal and leather — the materials Joseph Pilates originally used — create a feeling of connection and honesty that is hard to describe until you've experienced it. This is the method as it was always meant to feel, on equipment crafted exactly as Joe intended.
What makes this experience truly different begins with your teacher. I am qualified in classical Pilates, breath work, women's pelvic health and fascia release, the sessions here go far beyond movement. So many women are trapped in the same exhausting cycle — exercise, injury, rest, repeat — never getting to the root of why their body keeps breaking down. That cycle ends here.
