ABOUT ALYSSIA
A teacher who could rebuild a body from the inside out.
After my second child, I developed lower back pain that no quick fix could touch. I had been a Pilates devotee through long days in the film industry — but suddenly the practice I trusted couldn't reach what was wrong, and my body felt like a stranger.
So I retrained. Properly. Classically. I came back not as the same person — but as a teacher who could rebuild a body from the inside out.

A fully-equipped classical Pilates studio inside the gem of Rusthall —Botanica Health, devoted to herbal medicine and considered care.
I teach on Reformer, Tower, Wunda chair, half barrel and mat — all hand built from solid wood, metal and leather.
