My name is Alyssia
I help people in Tunbridge Wells relieve pain and regain strength using Classical Pilates and science-backed movement techniques.

Pain has a way of pulling you out of your own body. It can make everyday movements feel uncertain, frustrating, even limiting. But your body isn’t broken, it’s asking for the right kind of support. I help people in Tunbridge Wells reconnect with their bodies through purposeful, restorative movement. Whether you’re dealing with back pain, recovering from injury, or navigating conditions like pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, arthritis, foot pain, there is a path back to strength and ease. Using a blend of Classical Pilates, Hypopressives, and fascia release techniques, each session is designed to gently rebuild your deep core, improve posture, and release tension where your body is holding on. I’m a fully qualified Pilates instructor (Level 3 Mat Pilates, Level 1 Reformer), trained in pre- and postnatal Pilates through APPI, a Certified Roll Model Practitioner through Tune Up Fitness, and Hypopressives Level 1 (currently training Level 2). I’m also midway through an 18-month Classical Pilates apprenticeship, studying the body in movement at a deep level—so I can guide you with insight, precision, and care. This isn’t just about exercise. It’s about moving with confidence again. Feeling supported in your body. And creating space for your nervous system to settle and reset.
