My Story

I’ve always been drawn to movement. Pilates became my reset button in my twenties, helping me feel strong, grounded, and alive despite long days in a fast paced film industry career.

After my second child, relentless lower back pain made me realize quick fixes weren’t enough. I needed to understand the why behind movement.
That led me to retrain, studying Classical Pilates with Olivia Lerner, women’s health with Susannah White, and discovering Myofascial Release through the Roll Model® Method with Jill Miller. I learned how breath, mobility, and stability can transform pain, posture, and confidence.
Today, I help people in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, and East Sussex reconnect with their bodies, manage pain, and build lasting strength. I use Classical Pilates, Hypopressives, and fascia release techniques to guide clients safely and effectively, including those recovering from injury, living with back pain, or navigating pelvic health issues.
I’m continuing my Classical Pilates apprenticeship and have extensive training to support a wide range of needs.
