About

My name is Alyssia

I help people move with less pain, more ease, and a deeper connection to their bodies. Through Pilates and fascia release, we rebuild strength that lasts—supporting you through every season of life.

This isn’t factory fitness. It’s slow, intelligent work. By really seeing how you move, we create space for change—not just more effort, but more awareness. The kind that transforms how you feel, not just how you look.

My Story

I’ve always been drawn to movement.

In my twenties, Pilates was my reset button—something I’d turn to between long days and late nights in the film and TV industry. It didn’t just sculpt my body, it changed how I felt in myself.

Becoming a mother deepened that connection. After my second child, I was floored by relentless lower back pain. Quick fixes didn’t work—I needed to understand the why behind movement, not just follow a list of exercises.

So I retrained. First as a mat Pilates instructor, and then under two brilliant mentors: Olivia Lerner, a Classical Pilates teacher, and Susannah White, a pelvic health specialist. With them, I learned to breathe, to move better, to truly listen to my body. I uncovered chronic tension hiding in my hips—the quiet root of years of pain—and saw how breath, mobility and stability could change everything.

Then came the game-changer: Myo fascial Release. Learning the Roll Model® Method showed me how simple tools—just a pair of therapy balls—could ease pain, improve movement, and speed recovery. It transformed my own recovery and became a cornerstone of how I now work.

Today, I blend Mat Pilates and fascia release to help you reconnect with your body, manage pain, and build strength that lasts.

I’m currently deepening my training in Classical Reformer Pilates, studying all the classical Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Ladder Barrel, to bring a well-rounded, authentic Pilates experience to my clients.

In addition to this, from 2026 I will be certified to teach Hypopressives—a powerful, breath-led method that supports pelvic health. If you’ve experienced prolapse, leaks, or feel like you’re just not “trampoline safe,” this work could truly change everything.
