A legal disclaimer

By participating in training with Core Atelier, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in physical activity and assume all risks associated with exercise. The information provided is for general fitness purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before beginning any new fitness program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

Core Atelier is not liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise during or after sessions. Results may vary and are not guaranteed.

RESERVATION POLICIES:

​

All services are to be paid for in advance to secure your appointment.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

​

24 hours notice is required to cancel any booking type, or else you will be charged for the session at the full price. If you have paid for a block, then one of your block credits will be used. The same applies for no-shows.

Please be aware that you hold a re-occurring weekly slot (unless another arrangement has been arranged) and by requesting this space in my diary, you agree to kindly adhere to this agreement and attend these sessions where possible. One allowance per year is made for sick days where more than 24 hours notice is not possible.

COVID-19

​

Please let me know of any positive Covid tests in your household that fall within 7 days, either side of a visit to the studio.

All appointments taking place in the studio will be spread out to avoid people crossing over in the waiting room. Therefore, please try to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment, and note that appointments will have to end on time.

 

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

It is essential that you keep me up to date with any medical concerns that may affect your ability to exercise and by booking an appointment, you agree to keep me up to date with such concerns.
